Kingsbridge, working in conjunction with a private investor have successfully acquired a 50 acre strategic in Bushey

Kingsbridge act for Redrow PLC'S purchase of 95000 sqft office building in London

 Kingsbridge represent Redrow Plc on their acquisition of Northway house Whetstone,London. 

The development includes the refurbishment of the existing 12 storey office tower to provide 145 new apartments and 24000 of retail and office space.

The Gross development value of the project is estimated to be in excess of £65 million.

Kingsbridge act for Keystone in £53M student bed deal in Wembley

Kingsbridge, acting on behalf of retained Swiss client Keystone Group, is delighted to announce the successful £53m forward land purchase and development agreement for a 660 bed student accommodation investment in Wembley City from Quintain Estates and Development Plc. The student accommodation forms part of Quintain's 8m sq ft Wembley City development which is adjacent to Wembley National Stadium and Wembley Arena. Quintain has agreed terms with the University of Westminster for a nominations agreement as the accommodation is situated between the University's Harrow and Marylebone campuses. Quintain will manage the student accommodation on behalf of Keystone.

Kingsbridge are proud to have been instructed by leading global financial recruitment firm, Robert Walters Plc to let space in their new London flagship HQ in St Martin's Courtyard by Leicester Square. The available space of up to 10,500 sq ft is part of the new mixed use leisure, retail and office development launched earlier this year by Landlord's Shaftesbury Plc. 7 acre land site purchased for Charitable Trust

Acting for an educational trust, Kingsbridge have acquired seven acres of D2 leisure zoned land in North West London. The land has been purchased on a long leasehold basis and Kingsbridge will be handling the planning and property work for the Trust to secure a new school building on the site. Director Robert Curtis commented "we were pleased to act for the Trust in the purchase of the land and now hope to use all our expertise to secure the correct solution there to meet their charitable objectives which means achieving D1 planning consent. D1 is a growth area especially set against the background of the religious, educational and communal expansion of services at this time."

Property purchased for former MP and Vice Chairman of the Conservative Party, Sir Thomas Arnold

Kingsbridge have secured a property transaction for former MP and Vice Chairman of the Conservative Party, Sir Tom Arnold. Accredited with being the youngest MP to enter Parliament in 1974 aged only 27 and sitting on various Foreign and Home Office posts, Sir Thomas used Kingsbridge to secure the purchase of boutique property on the South Coast. Kingsbridge agree partnership with Hong Kong based agency

Acting for unique new West End retail concept, Kingsbridge secure first site in Marylebone

A new deli in Marylebone is to open in the spring. Kingsbridge acted for Deli West One to acquire 51 Blandford Street from The Loftus Family Trust. The unit which is 440sqft has been leased for a five year term at a rent of £17,500 sqft per annum exclusive and will operate as a deli cafe serving New York style deli food. Kingsbridge Director, Robert Curtis commented "West End commercial space is still sought after by new brands entering the market place as well as the established groups. I see strong continued demand for good West End commercial space throughout 2011".
